Since you already have an evaluator profile on the Opencalls.fund platform, you don't need to take any other action. 

Evaluators will be selected based on their expertise and the specific needs of each Open Call. If selected, evaluators will receive an email to confirm their availability

2) Do the Egyptian startups eligible to apply for FS4Africa Open Call?

3) Good day. I noticed in the application guide we are supposed to make use of proposal and budget templates for the Food Safety for Africa Call and I don't seem to find the templates. Could you kindly help me locate the templates?

Thank you for your email and for your interest in the FS4Africa project.

The proposal and budget templates are part of a complete "Open Call Kit". You can find this kit on the FS4Africa project website at

All required templates are included in the Open Call Kit and must be used when submitting your application via the opencalls.fund platform.

You have to use the official Proposal template, Budget template, and Supporting Documents templates available on the Open Call 1 Kit and input the details inside these templates.

Please read carefully the Applicants' Guide (included in the Open Call Kit) to ensure you are eligible to apply, your proposal is fully compliant and you use the official Proposal template Budget templates and Supporting Documents templates (per case according to the Applicants' Guide, e.g., Declaration of Honour, SME Declaration).  

Only applications submitted using the official Proposal template, Budget template, and Supporting Documents templates available on the Open Call 1 Kit will be considered.

4) Could you please confirm whether sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 2.1 of the proposal template are included in the 10-page limit?

All other elements are included as an integral part of the application and are thus counted against this page limit of 10 pages. This means that  sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 2.1 of the proposal template are included in the 10-page limit.
