Frequently asked questions
- 1) Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to request clarification regarding the eligibility criteria for the current LIGAWINE open call. Specifically, we would like to confirm whether SMEs participating in the call are required to be non-profit entities, for-profit entities, or if both types of organizations are considered eligible. We would appreciate your guidance on this matter to ensure proper compliance with the call requirements. Thank you in advance for your help. Kind regards,
- 2) For the purpose of the 70% LDR allocation rule, is Galicia (SPAIN) considered a Less Developed Region or an MD&T region? In the map is colored as MD&T, but according to the 2021-2027 cohesion period, the NUTS2 region of Galicia (ES11) is classified by the EU as a Less Developed Region, as its GDP falls below 75% of the EU average, therefore, we would like to clarify whether the Call will classify Galicia as a LDR. Thank you in advance
- 3) Are there any additional outputs required during implementation?
- 4) What is the definition of a technology provider?
- 5) Does the LDR rules apply to sub-contracting?
- 6) Where can I find the list of Less Developed Regions?
- 7) Can an eligible winegrower apply under Strand 2 and subsequently contract my company as a service provider for project implementation?
- 8) Dear team, could you please clarify what do you expect to have in the fields: "Main technology / solution type" and "Main wine-sector challenge addressed"? Is there a list of technologies and challenges where I need to choose from, or this is a free form text?
